We offer:

• highly focused coaching workshops for you and/or your teams following attendance at our training courses. For this, we normally recommend a period of at least two weeks following training, which allows you to put the training into practice and identify any areas where you need that extra assistance to your functional area and projects;

• One on one and team coaching for leadership related challenges, from assisting in strategy planning to building your team.

• New leader coaching round table workshops, where we work with those who are newly promoted to leadership roles to provide practical, actionable guidance from industry leaders in a highly interactive, question and answer format.
